Returns
All Return Requests must be made within 14 calendar days from when client receives order.
All Return requests shall be made to returns@borntorebel-store.com
All Return Items must be returned inside original packaging and shall not show any signs of wear and tear including but not limiting: Detached or Missing Tags, Signs of physical Damage, Signs of Wash etc.
Immediately upon receival of return items, items shall immediately undo a strict inspection procedure to determine return approval or decline. Upon final determination one of our inspection personnel shall promptly communicate determination with client via email communication.
Per standard credit card processing protocol please allow 5 to 10 Business days for refunds to reflect on your account.
