Returns: All Return Requests must be made within 14 calendar days from when the client receives the order. Send all Return requests to returns@borntorebel-store.com. Return Items must be in the original packaging and show no signs of wear and tear, including but not limited to Detached or Missing Tags, evidence of physical Damage, evidence of washing, etc. Upon receiving return items, a strict inspection procedure will immediately determine return approval or decline. Our inspection personnel will promptly communicate the determination with the client via email. As per standard credit card processing protocol, please allow 5 to 10 Business days for refunds to reflect in your account. Note that all Discounted Items are not eligible for Return, and all sales on these items are final.
